Who can I deal with in EMOF?

You can only deal with us through the main contacts on our CONTACT US page. Note that we will not be responsible for any fraudulent activity that is carried in our name without passing through our legitimate contacts on our CONTACT US page.

What kind of seeds do you deal with?

We export/import or deal with ALL kinds of medicinal seeds. We farm most of them, and we find others in Africa's thick forests by practical research. Feel free to contact us for any medicinal seed you need at all.

Where are you located?

EMOF has currently 2 major branches and many farmland locations. The two branches are in Ghana (Kumasi) and Cote D'viore/Ivory Coast (Abidjan). Please, find all details in our CONTACT US page.

Is EMOF Registered?

Yes, EMOF EXPORT VENTURES is registered as a Limited Liability Company (LTD). It has been in business since early 2000.

What is your minimum order quantity?

We are flexible with order quantities. For medicinal seeds, we can accommodate orders from small quantities (1kg) to large bulk orders (tons). Contact us with your specific requirements for a customized quotation.

Do you provide shipping and logistics?

Yes, we handle complete logistics including packaging, documentation, and shipping to your specified destination. We have partnerships with reliable international shipping companies.

What quality standards do you maintain?

All our products undergo strict quality control. Our medicinal seeds are properly dried, cleaned, and packaged to maintain their therapeutic properties. We ensure they meet international quality standards.

Can I request specific certifications?

Yes, we can provide necessary certifications including Certificate of Origin, Phytosanitary Certificate, and Quality Analysis Reports upon request.

Payment & Orders

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept bank transfers, letters of credit (L/C), and other secure international payment methods. Specific payment terms can be discussed based on order volume and customer relationship.

What is your typical delivery time?

Delivery time depends on the product quantity and destination. Typically, orders are processed within 7-14 days, and shipping takes 2-6 weeks depending on the destination and shipping method.

Do you offer samples?

Yes, we can provide samples for quality verification. Sample costs and shipping are typically borne by the buyer, but may be waived for serious bulk orders.
